The Dashboard is a command control centre from where you have quick access to many aspects of your website/blog.

Some of the actions you can take include writing a new blog post, reviewing recent comments on posts made, editing your front part, and much more.

How do I get to the dashboard for WordPress?

After installing WordPress, you can login to your admin backend by adding /wp-admin or /login to the end of your domain name or location in which you installed WordPress e.g. http://mydomain.com/ghana/login if you had installed WordPress in the ghana folder.

The first screen you see after logon is The Dashboard.
